Rev Anthony Angelo Brown was born to Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Brown Sr. on December 30, 1958 in Atlanta, GA. He is the second of three children. He has a brother, the late Bobby Brown Jr. and sister, Jacqueline Brown. He is happily married to his best friend of 26 years, Livia Shephard Brown. They are the blessed parents of three children, Kierra, Alexander, and Shaquille.
Rev. Brown earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Point University in Christian Ministries in 2013. He also received his Masters of Divinity degree at Ohio Christian University where he also attended Interdenominational Theological Center (ITC) in Atlanta, GA.
Rev. Brown served as director of Evangelism while on the ministerial staff at Faith A.M.E. Zion Church.
He was admitted into the Atlanta A.M.E. Zion District as a Deacon in 2010 and admitted into the Georgia Annual Conference in October 2011. He was ordained Elder on October 7, 2011.
Rev. Brown provides Marriage and Family counseling for the church as well as the community. Rev. Brown wears many hats and works tirelessly, diligently and faithfully to help cultivate the ministry that God has placed in his charge. Rev. Brown is blessed with the gifts and strengths of achiever, connectedness, and learner, all of which he incorporates well in his daily deeds and ministries. Being led by God, these are the qualities that make him the man of God that He has called him to be. To God be the glory, for all that He has done in his life.
